Petillant naturel Loire, FR
Chenin blanc. Cloudy, apple-skin, a gentle fizz that wakes you up.
Twenty-four wines by the glass, small plates from a tiny open kitchen and candlelight on Rue Saint-Denis since 2017.
Lierre is a narrow room of old oak, low light and a long marble bar. We pour wines from small growers who farm without shortcuts, and we will happily talk you through every bottle.
Not sure what you like? Tell us the last wine you loved, or the last meal you will not forget. We will open something to match, taste it with you, and pour only if you are smiling.
A rotating list of small producers. Filter by colour and switch between glass and bottle prices.

Host & bar manager
Remembers your name, your table and your favourite glass. Runs our Thursday tasting nights.
"I said I only drink Malbec. Camille poured me a Mencia instead and I have not looked back. The duck is unreal."
"Perfect date spot. Low light, great music at the right volume and staff who actually know what they are pouring."
"Golden hour oysters and muscadet after work is the best $24 in the city. We booked the back room for a birthday too."
Anything else? Message us on WhatsApp, we answer between 14:00 and 23:00.
We recommend booking for tables, especially Thursday to Saturday. The twelve bar seats are always kept for walk-ins, first come, first served.
Both. You can graze on olives and a glass, or order four or five plates to share as a full dinner. Most couples order three to four plates.
Yes: two alcohol-free sparkling wines, house shrubs, kombucha on tap and a non-alcoholic spritz. Nobody gets a sad soda here.
Vegetarian and vegan plates are marked on the menu. Tell us about allergies when you book and the kitchen will adapt most dishes.
The back room seats 18 and the whole bar up to 50 standing. We build a custom menu and wine pairing; ask us for the events sheet.
Most bottles on our list can be taken home at retail price plus a small fee. Ask your server for the take-away list.
